Detailed Job Description –

• Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
• Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence; be clear, compelling and personable.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Adhere to the company’s plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.
• Meet daily revenue and sold-hour goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable
  calls.
• Relay accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer
  experiences.
• Manage the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field.
• Record the results of each service call and create report summaries for senior management.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

– Diagnose and repair heating and cooling systems and lead customers to informed and
confident buying decisions by providing an extraordinary customer experience.

• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Keep your truck inventory up to date.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
• Have and maintain a clean driving record.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.
• Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
